  Welons Group has successfully delivered full blue reflective tempered laminated glass supply and technical service for a multi-story commercial office curtain wall project, another landmark engineering project after our architectural glass factory was officially put into production.

This commercial office building adopts oversized dark blue reflective laminated glass as the full exterior facade material. All glass panels are made of standard architectural float glass compounded with a multi-layer PVB interlayer, with CCC, CE, and ASTM international safety certifications, fully meeting high-rise building construction standards.

At the early construction stage, large mobile cranes were deployed to transport whole batches of custom glass panels to high floors. Our professional technical team coordinated with the construction team to formulate a complete hoisting and installation plan to ensure the safety and efficiency of large-area curtain wall construction.

After the overall hoisting preparation, we entered the precise high-altitude fixing operation stage. Workers installed glass panels one by one on the aluminum frame through aerial work platforms and carried out gap adjustment and preliminary sealing work for each glass unit. The laminated safety structure effectively avoids the risk of glass falling off after breakage, which is the core safety advantage of our architectural laminated glass for high-rise exterior walls.

After continuous hoisting, positioning, sealing and fine-tuning construction, the whole curtain wall project was fully completed. The uniform blue reflective glass forms a minimalist modern facade, which can reflect the sky and surrounding buildings, and has excellent heat insulation, sound insulation and decorative performance.

Our factory supports customized laminated glass in clear, bronze, dark grey, dark blue, Ford blue and other colors, with thickness from 3mm to 19mm, covering mainstream specifications of 5+5, 6+6 and 8+8. Our tempered laminated safety glass is widely used in high-rise curtain walls, building windows, balcony railings, skylights and sightseeing glass floors. Meanwhile, it is matched as standard window glass for our dual-wing expandable integrated prefab villas and resort houses.
